Benson, Millie (Kirkwood, O’Neal)

Passed peacefully on March 3, 2021 at the Smiths Falls District Hospital at the age of 90. Millie leaves behind her son Richard Kirkwood (Sue) of Smiths Falls and daughter Pamela Kirkwood-Anderson (Bob) of Ottawa; her grandson David Kirkwood (Jenn) of Smiths Falls, granddaughters Christy Anderson-Lawrence (Stu) of Sudbury and Lisa Anderson (Johnny) of Ottawa; as well as her great-grandchildren Parker and Abbygale Kirkwood, and her special friend Larry. A private family service will be held in the summer at Hillcrest Cemetery. Memorial donations in Millie’s name may be made to Trinity United Church in Smiths Falls.
