David passed away in the Perth hospital on Friday March 19th, 2021 at the age of 75 years.  He was the greatly loved husband of Eileen (McEwen) Saumure, brother of Gail (Peter) Turner, Ronald (Linda) and Brian (Jill-Ann) Saumure and brother-in-law of Lois McEwen and Verna MacRae.  David was predeceased by his parents Francis (Fran) and Victor Saumure, his brother Michael Saumure ,and  brother-in-law Eric McEwen; he will be sadly missed by several nieces, nephews, family and friends.  He was a well-known and respected dealer in antiques throughout Eastern Ontario and Northern New York State.

David's service will be held privately on Friday March 26th, 2021 with family in attendance.
