On behalf of my wife Jo-Ann and myself and our families we would like to express our deepest condolence to James family and extended family.
From discussing (me listening of course), James theries of time reversal to hockey, he was part of all of our lives as we all grew up in Franktown. He was the kid with the amazing brain but no- one would ever know it. Although I had not physically seen James in a long time we kept in touch through social media and work.
James was never far from all of our minds as our years rolled by...was brought up in stories about stories he was involved in when younger.
Our lives and spirits are made with pieces of our memories and interactions and friendships we forge as we go through life. A piece of all of us is in him as we are all a piece within his soul.
Fly on Frodg and see ya on the other side.

Jamie and I were great friends through high school in Carleton Place. When I look back on those days, my memory of events include those closest to me and Jamie was certainly there. We played volleyball together, caused mischief together and learned and matured together. To say he was my smartest friend is understating the obvious. He would frustrate teachers as they attempted to design a test that he wasn't able to obtaina perfect score on. The rest of us probably struggled more as a result. Thanks a lot for that Frogman. He was genuine and funny and I'm glad he was part of my life throughout my high school years. Though we drifted apart and lost touch with one another in our adult lives, I often wondered what had become of him. I always knew he was destined for great things. His memory will fondly remain in my memory banks. Rest peacefully Jamie and we all meet again.

To the extended Frodsham family,
I had the pleasure of working under James while at Ciena and enjoyed that experience immensely. His keen mind coupled with a good dose of straight talk made him a leader easy to follow. I offer my deepest sympathies to all of you at losing a good man too early in life.
Best regards,
Ken

My deepest regret and condolence to Stacy and family on hearing of James passing. Though I haven't seen you both for many years I fondly remember acting for you and James in the purchase of your log home on the big rideau. With great sadness. Regards John Sprague.

I was so saddened to learn of Jamie's death. Although we were acquainted only marginally at CPHS, he and his brothers always seemed to me to be Nature's noblemen. Don and Carol must be so proud of their children and if my testimony can add one iota to the balm which might help them bear the loss, it is my privilege to provide it as it was my privilege to teach the Frodsham boys in the teen chapter of their lives.

Dear Carol, Bill and extended family, my sincere sympathy as you mourn the unexpected death of James. You may remember James and I worked together at the Optera business in Nortel. He was one of my most favorite executives and what a laugh. Even during the most trying operations reviews, he somehow made it fun and made us all laugh. James aka (Frogman) will be missed by all who have had the opportunity to work with him and missed terribly by his family who love him. It was so nice for me to be able to know you Carol and Bill after I left Nortel with your friends, Dusty and "the DUFF" to know the parents who created such a great guy. My thoughts are with you....Linda S

I was shocked to hear of Jamie's passing. I'm very sorry I can't make the service today. My deepest condolences to Stephen, Rob, Geoff, and of course Jamie's loving parents (Bill and Carol). It's been a number of years since I last saw Jamie, but we were connected on Facebook and it was nice to see how much happiness was brought to his life with his marriage to Stacey and the birth of their son. I am sure all who have known Jamie will keep his memory alive and help Will know what a great man his father was.
