Obituary of Diana Lynn Brigden
Brigden, Diana Lynn
Diana entered heaven's gates after an aggressive battle with Cancer on June 26th, 2021 with her loving spouse Ernie Brigden by her side. Together she and Ernie shared over 30 years of memories and adventures, her loss is a tremendous heart break and she will be sorely missed.
Diana was the loving mother to Anthony, Benjamin, James and Cassandra. They will sincerely miss her gentle uplifting spirit, deep hugs, musical talents of course her baking, and endless other beautiful qualities. She was born in Toronto, Ontario to the late Ron and Shirley Parsons on December 20th, 1959. She grew up in Ontario with her surviving siblings Wayne, Barry, and Shawn. Diana lived her life in the service of God, and was a very active member of Glad Tidings Church and the Salvation Army. She played several instruments and loved to sing her praises to God.
Diana's passion in life was helping people in need. This showed in her work as a PSW, as this was truly a calling for her, it gave her an abundance of joy to be a caregiver in her career and in life.
One of Diana's favorite places was the coast of British Columbia. She fell in love with the sights and sounds of the Pacific Ocean and made several trips across country to reunite with family on the west coast. At her request the Pacific Ocean will be her final resting place.
