Obituary of Belva Lucy Sheila North

Passed peacefully with family by her side on September 13, 2021 at the age of 70 in Brockville. Predeceased by her parents Gerald Dean and Hazel Laming, her brother Clayton, her son Joseph, and grandson Robert. Belva leaves behind her loving husband Bob of 49 years; her children Jenevea (Lehman), Liz (Robert), Tracy (Brian), Bobby (Paul), and Stephanie (Leonard); as well as her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Belva adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and spent as much time with them as she could; she loved gardening and tending to her flowers, reading, baking, and being the ‘Number One Fan’ of the Walking Dead TV show. A public visitation will be held for those wishing to pay their respects on Thursday September 16, 2021 at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 112 Beckwith St. N., Smiths Falls, from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. A private family service will follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation in Belva’s memory.
