Our condolences to Sherry, Nancy, Marsha and families at the loss of a great mother and a classy lady.
While we haven't seen a lot of her in recent years, Elaine and I have great memories of many Friday evenings spent with your mom and dad at their home along the Tay River when we were dating. They always ended with salmon salad sandwiches, homemade pickles and plenty of deserts.
Bertha never seemed to change despite the passage of time. She was ageless and lived and finished life with the same grace that marked her 100 years on this earth---one of a kind.

We fondly remember Bertha as a quiet, kind lady. She aged with grace and we were always touched by the interest she showed whenever we had occasion to be together. The Sens have lost a great fan. We know Sherry, Nancy and Marsha must be proud of the life she led and we send our sincere condolences.

Sherry, Nancy and Marsha and families and to Grayce Gordon my deepest condolences, prayers and hugs. She found out I collected salt and pepper sets one year and gave me a pair she had. I still have them and that has been over 20 yrs ago. What a wonderful, sweet and caring woman. She was one of a kind and will be missed by many. God has another angel around the throne tonight
