Aunt Kaye Was the last of the Ferguson sisters (Jean & Mary), and the last of a generation. A sad milestone that brings with it a wave of wonderful memories spanning a lifetime. If perception is reality, then Aunt Kaye & Perth, to my child’s mind, represented a Norman Rockwell painting. An Andy of Mayberry town in which everyone new each other, cared for each other, looked out for each other. No matter the reality, that perception has stayed with me and was instrumental in the development of my optimistic outlook on life. Growing up knowing that a visit to Perth and the Ferguson and Elliott families was a distance of just a few hours, was a tonic for my soul. Rest In Peace Aunt Kaye. Your memory is a blessing.
