Larmour, Hartzell G. “Tony”

Passed away peacefully at the Smiths Falls Hospital on Sunday, July 10, 2022 at the age of 93.  Tony is predeceased by his first wife Joyce Larmour and is also predeceased by his second wife Ethel Larmour.  Loving and devoted father to Greg Larmour (Line Cottier) and Lyn (late Dan) Russo.  Proud grandfather of Desirea (Jay) Rhoden, Cole (Brianna) Larmour, and Chris, Matt and Jacquie Russo.  He will be sadly missed by his 8 great-grandchildren, his sister Helen (late George) Kennedy, and his nephews Larry, Bruce and Jeff Kennedy.  He is also predeceased by his sister Milly (Morley) Reynolds. Tony will be fondly remembered by Ethel’s family, including her children, Anita (George) Hunter, Heather (Dave) Sloan and Ken (Robin) Valliquette. Tony was the proud owner of Larmour’s ESSO for more than 21 years and enjoyed serving many families gas and food while stopping through Smiths Falls.  In retirement years he was a member at the Smiths Falls Golf and Country Club and while he loved playing the game, many days the game just did not work out that well.  Friends are welcome to pay their respects at Blair & Son Funeral Home, Smiths Falls on Thursday, July 14, 2022 from 6 to 8 p.m.  There will be a service to celebrate his life on Friday in the Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.  If desired, memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
