It is with heavy hearts that we announce the saddened news of the passing of our beloved Mother and Grandmother. Carmen passed away at the Perth Hospital on Thursday, September 29th, 2022 at the age of 86 years.  She was predeceased by her loving husband Carmel Monreal.  Carmen was the devoted mother of daughters Mary and Doris and son Anthony Monreal and grandmother of Jason Monreal.  There are no words to describe the love, kindness and care our Mother had for us all.  You will be forever missed Mother and Grandmother XOXOXO.  We wish to offer our sincere gratitude and thanks to Blair & Son Funeral Home directors and staff.  The service and interment were held privately in St. John’s Cemetery, Perth.
