Jowsey, Wayne Wayne passed away in hospital in Ottawa on Sunday August 18, 2019 following a brief battle with cancer. He was the loved husband of Donna (Hodgins) Jowsey, father of Sean (Heather) and Bradley (Kathryn) Jowsey and grandfather of Mackenzie, Nathan, Connor, Mae, Fiona, Caitlin, Rosie and Maverick. Wayne will be sadly missed by brothers Gordon (Cathy) and Keith (Kristen) Jowsey. He will be fondly remembered by his brothers-in law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, family and many good friends including his "Tin Banger” brothers. Wayne was predeceased by his parents Ronald and Dorothy Jowsey. He was born in Ottawa where he and Donna lived for many years before moving more recently to Black Lake near Perth. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W., Perth Wednesday August 21st, 2019 from 2:00 to 5:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Funeral service will be held in the chapel Thursday at 10:30 A.M. with interment to follow in St. Bridget’s Parish Cemetery, Stanleyville. A reception will be held in St. Bridget’s Parish Hall, Stanleyville following the interment. Those wishing are asked to consider memorial donations to St. Bridget’s Cemetery or Roger’s House, Ottawa.
