Obituary of Katherine Jean Stone
Long time employee and retired from the National Art Gallery of Canada.
Katherine passed away peacefully at Lanark Lifestyles on Monday, March 6th, 2023 at the age of 77. She is now at rest with the love of her life John. She will be dearly missed by her children Dwayne (Tanya) and Glenda (Darryl). Katherine was the cherished grandmother of Dayna (Travis), Megan, Dylan (Alixz), Shane (Hunter), and Delaney (Gaige). She will be fondly remembered by her siblings Mike (Sylvie), Deborah (Lorne) and Margaret (the late Ted), and by many nieces, nephews, extended family and special friends. The family wish to thank Bob Kearney from Community Home Support Lanark County and all the wonderful staff and friends at Lanark Lifestyles for all their care, compassion and support.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of Katherine’s life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are in the care of Blair & Son Funeral Home, Perth.
