Obituary of Frank Kennedy

Passed away suddenly in hospital, Smiths Falls, Thursday, March 16, 2023 at the age of 83. Cherished spouse of Esther (nee Stafford) Kennedy. Devoted father to Christopher (Ron), Arnold (Debora), Sandra Whitmore (Rick). Proud grandfather of Sarah Whitmore, Andrew Kennedy and Olivia Kennedy. Loved brother of Lawrence (Jessie). Predeceased by brothers Hubert, Leonard and Carl. Survived by sisters-in-law Betty Stuffles (Jim) and Maxine Tedford (Jack). Predeceased by sisters-in-law Emma Willows, Marie Virtue (Sterling) and Edith Gilfillen (Dwayne). Fondly remembered by his brother-in-law Carmen Willows, his nieces, nephews, extended family and good friends. A Celebration of Frank’s Life will be held at a later date.
