It is with a heavy heart that I learn of Blairs (Mr. Bingley) death. Growing up in Smiths Falls and Mark being my best friend I spent a lot of time with the Bingleys both on the Perth highway and their home on town. Blair was always kind and took me in as one of his own. I was not the only one he did this for as their home was always a hub of activity with the boys and their friends. You will be missed.

Reading Blair’s obituary brought back so many great memories of our days cruising the backroads of lanark with the next generation of bingleys. The hunting camp, hockey and ball. Lots of laughs and connections. Always enjoyed chatting with Blair everytime we crossed paths.

My condolences to the Bingley Family at this difficult time. I worked with Blair as well as Fran, Terry and Debbie and Randy at the former Rideau Correctional and Treatment Centre. As I fondly recall, Blair was a very fair and well liked individual who was able to work with everyone including inmates under his care. It was always a pleasure to work alongside Blair!
