Passed away peacefully at the Kingston General Hospital on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at the age of 70. Beloved wife and best friend of Ken Maley. Loved mother of Amanda (Paul) Guerin, April (Derek) Ethier, Nathan (Chantel) McCordick. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Nicholas Guerin, Josephine and Henry Ethier, and Rayne and Lincoln McCordick. Predeceased by her parents Charles and Beatrice Paul, brother Terry Paul and an infant sister. Sister of Gary (Jean), Timothy and David Paul. Sister-in-law of Robert Maley, Brian (Darlene) and Jane (Jim) Stoddard. Sharon will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, cousins especially Evelyn Hogan as well as extended family and many great friends.

Sharon lived life to the fullest and always enjoyed spending time socializing with family and friends. She had many hobbies and interests including knitting, crafts, cooking and most importantly enjoyed a good glass of wine. She will be forever remembered and loved by all who knew her. 

Family and friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 112 Beckwith St. N., on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Interment, Hillcrest Cemetery followed by a Celebration of Life in the Blair & Son Reception Centre. In memory of Sharon, donations made be made to the Smiths Falls Salvation Army or Samaritan’s Purse.

The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at the Smiths Falls Emergency Department and the doctors and nurses at the Kingston General Hospital ICU department for their care and compassion given to Sharon and our family.
