Phyllis passed away peacefully at the home of her daughter Tracy early morning on Sunday October 8^th, 2023 at the age of 83 years.  She was predeceased by her parents Carl and Hilda (Polk) Donnelly and her husband Donald George Richardson.  Phyllis will be sadly missed by her daughters Dawn Richardson, Janice (Smail) Ajebli and Tracy (Chris) Hodson; her grandchildren and great grandchildren and brothers Gary (Muriel) and Bob Donnelly. She will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Family and friends will pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St., W., Perth on Saturday October 14^th, 2023 from 2:00 to 5:00 P.M.  In remembrance of Phyllis, memorial donations to the Cancer Clinic of the Ottawa Hospital (General Site) would be appreciated.
