My condolences to Tricia, Charlie & the family. I met Kathy through her son Scott. After Scott passed away, we kept in touch for many years. May you find comfort knowing she is now with her sons Scott and Rob.

Kathy was my boss when I was a young teen working at Beamish, she was funny, kind and gave a young girl tons of advice when she needed it the most. Kathy was a role model and taught integrity and spoke about how lucky she was to have a husband like Charlie and a daughter like Tricia. I will forever be grateful for her wise wisdom and kindness and certainly all of the laughter she was a part of. Kathy I will always smile when I think of our time.
