Obituary of Alice Dianne Charette

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Dianne Charette (nee Albert) on November 5, 2023, in Perth Ontario. Dianne was born on March 14, 1946, in Ottawa, Ontario, the daughter of late Dora (nee Blais) and Leo Albert. She was one of 10 children.

Dianne was the beloved wife of Claude Charette and loving mother of Claude Jr (Lucie), Lionel and Christine (Alain) Sabourin. She was the cherished grandmother of Linda, Crystal, Celine, Mattieu-Paul and great-grandmother of Sage.

Dianne and her husband moved from Ottawa to Lanark in the late 1990s. Dianne enjoyed bowling, bingo, playing cards and was a fan of Montreal Canadians and Toronto Blue Jays. Dianne was a happy-go-lucky spirit and her memory will be cherished by all who knew her. 

A service will be held on November 18, 2023 at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Lanark at 11:00 A.M. As expressions of sympathy, donations in her name are welcome to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada. Arrangements are in the care of Blair & Son Funeral Directors, Perth.
