Obituary of Norman Bruce Kelford

Peacefully in his sleep at home on Tuesday December 5th, 2023 Bruce Norman Kelford at the age of 60 suddenly passed away. Beloved son to Lois Kelford (McGonegal), best friend of Mary Lynn (Wilson) and beloved father to Nicholas (Angel) and Melissa (Jason). Proud poppa to Andre, Abby and Bryce.  

Special brother to Barry (Brenda) Kelford and Bill Kelford.  Predeceased by his father James, brother Brent and Aunt Wayne.  Sadly missed by his nieces Krystle (Josh), Ashley (Peter), Brooke (Cory) and nephews Jamie (Sue) and Robbie. 

He had a special place in his heart for his great nieces and nephews and will be greatly missed by them and all of his family and friends.  Bruce had an amazing work ethic as a carpenter and loved his craft. He was known to always lend a helping hand to anyone in need. His love of family and friends was the cornerstone of his life.  He spent summers with family and friends at Dalhousie Lake, he will be greatly missed by all.   

Family and friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, Smiths Falls on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. with his favourite music and family tributes in memory of Bruce shared during that time.  Interment, Hillcrest Cemetery at a later date.
