Saddened by the passing of your dear mother, Aunt Eunice. I have happy memories of her, as a child growing up and of the week she spent with us at my home in Sundridge, helping with wedding preparations, the week before Steve and I were married. I always remember her as a positive, efficient, friendly and encouraging soul, with a good sense of humour. She knew how to get things done! Sorry that I’m not able to be with the family at this time, but am sending love to you all, and praying the Lord’s presence will sustain and keep you as you lay your mother to rest. So happy that she is with her Lord and Saviour, whom she loved and served. The day after dad (her brother) passed away, the words ‘absent from the body and present with the Lord’ seemed to take on a new meaning. May they encourage you as well.
