Obituary of Gregory Bruce Desjardine
Desjardine, Gregory B.
Gregory passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of his family in Perth on Tuesday February 13th, 2024 at the age of 48 years. He was the dear son of Ian and Sheila Desjardine and beloved husband of Christine. Greg will be sadly missed by his children Blade, Kaleb, Haley, Aidan, Matthew and Makayla; brother Kevin (Alanna) Desjardine (their children Leanne, Jennifer and Paul); mother-in-law Jean (late Paul) McShane; sisters-in-law Diane (John) Morrison (their son Paul), Elaine (Shane Ellis) McShane (their children Brianna and Brody) and Colleen (Ken) Pritchard (their children Harper, Hadley and Cooper) and brother-in-law Glen (Jen Bauereiss) McShane (their children Kiara, Gavin, Maddie, Peyton and Nicholas). He will be fondly remembered by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins including special cousin/friends Michelle Kerr and Chris Townsend, his colleagues at Burchell Glass and many good friends.
Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St., W., Perth on Friday February 16th, 2024 from 3:00 to 8:00 P.M. Funeral service will be held in the chapel Saturday February 17th, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. Interment, Drummond Centre Cemetery. A reception to share memories and honour Greg’s life will follow in the Stanleyville Hall. In remembrance, contributions to the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital Foundation (Chemo) Facility or the M.R.I. Campaign would be appreciated.
