Obituary of Irene Clara Paul

Irene passed away peacefully at Broadview Nursing Centre on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at the age of 88.  Beloved wife of the late Douglas C. Paul.  Much loved mother of Daniel Paul.  Sadly missed by her grandchildren Robert and Amber Paul and great-grandchildren Calvin and Zack.  Irene was predeceased by her parents Ernest and Jeanette Anderson and brothers Roy, Harvey, Edward, Harold and Don Anderson and sister Dora Hawe.  Fondly remembered by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.  The family would like to extend their thanks to the wonderful staff at Broadview Nursing Centre for the care and compassion given to Irene and our family over the years.  Family and friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 112 Beckwith St. N., Smiths Falls on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. followed by service in the chapel at 12:30 p.m.  Interment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.  In memory of Irene, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Lanark, Leeds & Grenville would be appreciated.
