Neumann, Elizabeth (nee Lang) Passed away on October 11th, 2019 after recently celebrating her 91st birthday in the company of her husband, sons, many nieces and nephews and their children. Beloved wife of Dieter and together they raised two sons, Bernard (Alessandra) and Leon (Lee Ann). Dear grandmother of Cosima and Florian, Laura, Annaliese and Joel. Elizabeth was the last of eight siblings. At a young age, she came to Canada with them and her parents from Europe, beginning a new life here with Dieter Neumann. She and Dieter strove to nurture and foster strong family ties which now extend through many generations. Her belief and faith sustained her and gave her seemingly limitless energy and strength to be there for others. Heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the caregivers in palliative care at the Perth hospital. Great appreciation is felt for the dedication and professional help from the doctors and staff of the Cancer Centre of Southeastern Ontario at Kingston General Hospital, and the Perth & Smith Falls District Hospital. Her life serves as a shining example to the many who knew her, with the wish that her loving ways be carried forward in her memory.
