Obituary of Maxine Joyce Jordan

Jordan, Maxine Joyce nee Duffy

Maxine passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family on Saturday March 30th, 2024 at the age of 94 years.  She will be sadly missed by her beloved husband of 72 years, Keith Jordan; daughter Karen (Brad) Ronald, sons George (Leslie) and Wayne (Korrine) Jordan; grandchildren Christie (Matt) Poirier, Matt (Chelsea) Ronald, Casey (Tyler) Cardinal, Emily, Caitlin and Adam Jordan; great grandchildren Chloe Rogers, Jackson and Easton Poirier and Greyson and Blake Ronald.  She was the loved sister of Merle (late Catherine) Duffy, Norma (Joe) Jackemeck, Ivan (Judy) Duffy and Linda (Guy) Cooke.  Maxine will be fondly remembered by all the Duffy and Jordan families and friends.  She was predeceased by brothers Garnet (late Marg) Duffy, Edna (late Ken) Popplewell,  Laverne (late Shirley) Duffy and brothers and sister-in-laws Don (late Jean) Jordan, Bill (late Carmel) Jordan, Jean (late Bob) Bell and Evelyn (late Ronnie) Irvine.

Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W., Perth on Wednesday April 3rd, 2024 from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M.  Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday April 4th, 2024 at 10:30 A.M. followed by a reception in the Blair & Son Family Centre.  In memory of Maxine, memorial donations to Ottawa Heart Institute or Calvin United Church would be appreciated.
