Obituary of Michael Young

Passed away peacefully following a lengthy illness at the Smiths Falls Hospital on Friday, May 24, 2024 at the age of 69.  Loving father of Trisha Young of Cornwall and Daniel (Becky Lewis) of Leduc, Alberta.  Mike was predeceased by his daughter Angela Young. Cherished grandfather of Zachary, Joshua and Kaitlyn St-Pierre and Nicholas, Caleb and Alexander Young. He will be fondly remembered by his siblings Wayne (Linda) Young, and Marlene (Victor) Dupuis as well as many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.  Mike was also predeceased by his parents Bernard and Edna (nee Widdis) Young as well as his brothers Garry and Roderick Young.  There will be a Celebration of Life at the Smiths Falls Legion Branch 95 on Saturday, June 8, 2024, from 1 to 4 p.m.  If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
