My mom, Earla McKellar (Scott) and cousin Bill, always kept in touch through the years. Bill and Mom were always faithful about exchanging letters to catch up on life's events. I remember Bill coming for a visit to our family farm in Manitoba. Mom was able to occasionally travel to the Perth area in her later years and she and Bill would spend hours catching up on family history and genealogy. If Bill wasn't home, we always knew we could find him at the Public Library, researching countless hours of material and latest news and information. Bill was a quiet, kind and gentle man.
This photo of mom and Bill was taken at Marjorie Foster's 90th Birthday party. On behalf of the McKellar family, we extend our condolences to Bill's nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
