Dearest Helene, Dale, Sandra, and families,
My heart is broken with your loss as are his many friends. Gary will always be remembered for his kindness, intelligence, creativity, chef skills, caregiver of beasties, and a wicked sense of humour, to name just a few of his attributes.
The first time I met Gary was at a service call to my home when he was Thee Tech at Superaje. As I explained the issue I noticed he was scanning my bookcases. He pulled one book off a shelf, The MENSA Genius Quiz. He asked how I did. I replied I was waiting for the movie release. His eyebrows raised and we broke into such laughter that I remember it to this day. It was at that moment I knew we would be friends for ever.
Over the years we enjoyed many chats especially about frogs, being my go to Tech who was an absolute technical genius; visits with Beowulf and Princess Suzie, the two most adorable and friendly four legged friends; and he and Helene’s afternoons relaxing at the Pond. We enjoyed a warm and wonderful friendship that will always remain in my heart.
Ahh, dear friend, you Hippie you, I shall miss you.
Toodles Gary, fly high...
