Gladys was a friend of my mom, Ruth Kerr, they were in the UCW of our church in Otterburn Park. I got to know her when she asked me to babysit Garry and Cheryl and eventually Susan. She and your dad were always easy to talk with, they loved doing it and we always ended up laughing. One memory that stands out is of her opening her mouth to show me all the silver posts sticking out of her gums that were soon to be holding new teeth - it was so funny! Of course, we lost touch when I married and you all grew up and eventually everyone moved away. It was so nice to meet Garry at the RVR reunion in 2019. The last image I have of your mom and dad is from a photo Cheryl sent me of them in Scotland, all bundled up and drinking something strong and warm!
