Herbert passed away peacefully at the Kingston Health Sciences Centre on September 30th, 2024 at the age of 78. He was a cherished grandfather, father, and uncle.  Sadly missed by his daughter Amy, son Peter, grandchildren Erica, Stephanie, Sebastian and Harlow.  He was a very supportive and dependable father, and a dear friend to those he let in his small circle.  He loved his grandchildren more than anything and enjoyed surprising them with treats and a visit most Sundays.  A heartfelt thank you to the nurses in the Perth ICU. 

In honour of him, memorial contributions to the lung association would be appreciated. Arrangements are in the care of Blair & Son Funeral Home, Perth.
