Obituary of Sherry Elizabeth Derbyshire

It is with heavy hearts to announce Sherry passed away suddenly at the Smiths Falls Hospital on Friday, December 20, 2024 at the age of 65.  Beloved wife and best friend of Rob.  Loved mother of Nick (Megan) Derbyshire, Robyn (Tom) Saunders and Kyle (Karmen) Derbyshire.  Sadly missed by her grandchildren, Blake, Addison, Lily, Emerson, Nash, Tatum and Blair.  Survived by sister Cindy Orme and predeceased by sister Heather McMullen, brother Tim Splane and her parents Allan and Shirley Splane.  Sherry and Rob founded Derbyshire’s Auto Repair 30 years ago and built many friendships with clients over the years.  Sherry will be sadly missed and forever loved by her family, friends and customers.  Family and friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 112 Beckwith St. N., Smiths Falls on Sunday, December 22^nd from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.  Funeral service will be held at St. John The Evangelist Anglican Church, 2 George St. S. Smiths Falls on Monday, December 23^rd at 11:00 a.m. followed by a reception and celebration of life at the Blair & Son Reception Centre.  In memory of Sherry, donations to the CHEO Foundation would be appreciated.
