Dad passed away peacefully at Broadview Nursing Centre and went to be with his wife Julia (August 26, 2018) in Heaven, on Friday, January 3^rd, 2025, at the age of 97.  Loving and devoted father of Phebe (Mike) Palmer and Arthur (Angie) Pegg.  Cherished grandfather of Alison Palmer, Aaron, Brianna and Connor Pegg and proud great-grandfather of Mason and Mariana.  Dad will be missed by his sister Eunice Gibson and several nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.  Dad was predeceased by his parents Norman and Myrtle Pegg, his sister Lois Evans and his brother-in-law Harris Gibson.  Friends may pay their respects for Dad at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, Smiths Falls on Wednesday January  8^th, 2025,  from 10:30 a.m. with a service to follow in the chapel at 12:00 noon.  All are invited to stay for refreshments following the service before we take Dad to his final resting place with Mom at Lombardy Union Cemetery.  If desired memorial donations may be made to the Gideon Bible Society.
