I'm very sorry to read of Margaret's passing. I've not been in contact for many, many years but recall Margaret very well as a teenager in Ottawa. I was one of her Sunday School teachers. As a student and even in other settings such as her home, Margaret was characteristically very pleasant, respectful, and well-mannered, while also reserved and quiet. Best remembered is her pretty smile whenever we spoke with her. My special condolences to Margaret's mother, Eunice, and her 4 brothers at this sad time.

Margaret and I and her friends enjoyed many happy visits together when she lived in Brockville and at Mapleview Lodge. She loved to sing the gospel hymns with us and read her Bible. We are comforted to know she is now with her dear Lord and Saviour and in His presence which is "fullness of joy".. Much love and sympathy to all the Gibson family. Mary Lou Burakoff

I'm so very sorry for the loss of Margaret. She & I were friends in Brockville. I first met her rididing the bus. I finally asked her if she was Margaret Gibson & she said Yes. She really enjoyed riding the City bus. I was so glad to see her. Then she asked if I was Debbie H. I said yes & we enjoyed a wonderful friendship from then on Debbie. Hyland. Rest in Jesus. Margaret was a beautiful kind sole. She was one of my favorites at Mapleview. She had the best smile when she saw a friendly familiar face. She gave the biggest hugs . She will be missed by many. Rest well sweet Margaet.
