1962 - 2011 - The year Carol was born and the year Carol lost her life to cancer. But in between those years, Carol lived a wonderful life, touching so many people along the way. Life is a journey and Carol's journey was well documented throughout her travels. Her love of music, her love of eclectic collectibles for her house, her sense-of-humour bone (as she always called it) and her flare for decorating EVERYTHING! Carol's life in between her birth and death have left us with many memories and I am honoured to have been one of her many friends that will share those memories for many years to come.

Carol was one of the most caring, genuine people I have ever known. She was always ready with an ear to listen, a shoulder to cry on, and arms to hug. She fought a long battle, and she fought it bravely and with dignity. I will miss you always. Rest in peace sweet lady. xx
