McDonald, Pearl D. Peacefully at the Perth Community Care Centre, Perth on Tuesday March 13th, 2012 at the age of 85 years. Pearl was predeceased by her parents Alfred and Margaret (Quinn) Blackburn, her beloved husband Glenn McDonald, her sisters Elsie Turner, Ena Blackburn and Annie Lewis and brothers Ray and in infancy, Ross Blackburn. She was the loved and respected mother of Bob (Linda) and Ron (Donna) McDonald, Audrey (Bill Thom), Jeannette (Eric) Kirkham and Barb Paul (Sheldon); she will be sadly missed by 14 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W., Perth Friday March 16th, 2012 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Funeral service will be held in the chapel Saturday at 10:00 A.M. Interment, Scotch Line Cemetery. In remembrance, contributions to the Perth Legion, Branch 244 or the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario would be appreciated.
