Purdon, Lindsay J. Following a courageous battle with cancer, in hospital in Perth on Wednesday, July 11th, 2012 Lindsay J. Purdon (long time employee of Karson Konstruction) at the age of 58 years. Predeceased by his parents Hannah (Sargeant) and Cecil Purdon and his brother Ken Sargeant. Dearly loved father of Matthew (Jennifer), Michael (Jodi) and Laura (Francis). Dear brother of Connie (Brian) Echlin and devoted companion of Heather Johnston. Lindsay will be fondly remembered by his grandchildren, Heather's family, his nieces, nephews and friends. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W. Perth on Sunday, July 15th, 2012 from 12 noon until 5:00 P.M. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Monday at 10:00 A.M. Interment will follow in Highland Line Cemetery, McDonald's Corners. In remembrance, contributions to the Great War Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
