Uncle Bob
I will always remember Uncle Bob so fondly. As a child I remember looking up to him, he seemed to have such a gentle, kind way about him. Always so full of knowledge and love. I will never forget the week he spent teaching me how to waterski first on two skis and by the end of the week I was skiing on one foot! He would wake me every morning as soon as the sun would come up. He said that is when the water was the calmest and the best time to learn! I remember him pulling me on his aluminum fishing boat, he was so patient, such a great teacher.. Anonther fond memory I have is a weekend I came up to visit them with my Grandma and Grandpa. He took me out on the ATV and we came upon two baby deer! I was sooo excited and could barely contain myself, he whispered to me to be very quiet and to try not to move maybe they would come closer. We just sat there the two of us quietly watching them, they were so close we really could almost reach out and touch them.
I am sure Uncle Bob will be missed by many and fondly remembered as the gentle, loving, kind soul he was. He was truly one of a kind!
