So very sorry to hear of Doris' passing. She was a wonderful character, so caring. I met her through her volunteering for the Salvation Army kettles and she was one of our most dedicated volunteers. I would pick her up and drive her to and from her kettle shifts and she would tell me all about her husband and her family and her cat. She will be truly missed but is at peace with Jesus now.
We will miss Doris at Keenagers and the Sunday services that she attended so faithfully. She loved the Lord and was always willing to serve when she was able.
Conolences to Doris's family in the loss of a woman who never tired in her generosity. I have fond memories of her many many donations of bags of knitted caps for all ages to the Salvation Army. She always shared! I fell blessed to have shared time with her. I know she rests in peace in glory.
