Bevan, Doris Amy Doris passed away peacefully at home on July 13, 2018 at the age of 79. Predeceased by her first husband Archie Boomhower and her second husband Lester Bevan. Beloved mother of Susan Bowden, Julie Rowbotham and John Boomhower. Cherished grandmother of Jessica and Andrew Bowden. Doris was predeceased by her parents James Smith and Rose Pennett and her brothers Richard and Carl Breeze. She will be sadly missed by her brothers James (Caroline) Smith, Walter Smith, sister Rosemary (Tony) Van Hartskamp, and brothers Ted Breeze, Bill (Kay) Breeze and Larry (Alice) Breeze. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 112 Beckwith St. N., Smiths Falls on Friday, July 20, 2018 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Funeral service will take place in the Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Interment, Elmwood Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church.
