It is with sadness that I read of Phil's passing. I knew Phil from being the clerk at Murphys Point Provincial Park for years. Phil and I often had great chats when he was into the park. My deepest sympathy to his entire family. R.I.P. Phil! Sincerely, Marilyn Manson
