lisa Rob Suzanne Jeffery and family I cannot tell you how sad and shocked i was to hear such sad news the memories i have of growing up with Sylvia are of the great times we had at Aunt Irene and uncle cliffords house family times that were so special.the years may have kept us in different places but the family ties and love always kept us close in our hearts. take solace in the knowledge that you will be in all our hearts and prayers at this very sad time keep the wonderful fun memories of a outstanding mother sister and grandmother close and Sylvia will always be with you. with all our love Marilyn and Richard Ross

I have so many great and funny memories of Sylvia and every time I pause I think of another one, and then another one. I take comfort in knowing that she has gone on to join other great women from our family…Auntie Irene, Grandma Stanley and my Mom who adored her, and no doubt is making them all laugh. Not to forget the special men who will welcome her with loving arms, Uncle Clifford and my Dad whom she never missed a birthday celebration for him. Sylvia and I worked together at Canada Post for several years. Through our working together, we came to know each other on a personal level.
I know from the many conversations we had, that she loved her family dearly, and would do anything to ensure your happiness and safety. She told me about different parties and events in your lives, and was so very proud of you.

Remember when we went to Girl Guide Camp and Robbie, Anthony and David had to come with us. Keeping up to them was a challenge as they didn't want anything to do with 'girls'.
