Davis, Sylvia J. (Neil) Passed away unexpectedly at home on August 23, 2011 Sylvia Jean Davis at the age of 59. Predeceased by her parents Clifford and Irene (Stanley) Davis. Loving mother of Lisa (Lyall) and Rob (Jeannette), and devoted grandmother of Bailey, Ryan and Meredith. She will be fondly remembered by her sister Suzanne Jones and her brother Jeff (Susan) Davis, her nephew Stephen and niece Jenny; as well as her dear friends Linda and Fred Phillips and so many other extended family and friends. Friends may pay their respects at the Free Methodist Church, Hwy #29 Smiths Falls on Saturday, August 27, 2011 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with the funeral service taking place at 2 o'clock. Private interment will follow at a later date. The family requests that Red Hatters wear their Red Hats on Saturday in her honour, whether they are able to attend the service or not. For those who wish, memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the Smiths Falls Community Food Bank.
