September 12, 1928 - November 5, 2021
Sadly, the family of Murray Coutts announce his passing in the Perth site of the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital in the early morning hours of Friday, November 5th, 2021.
Murray was the loving husband, best friend and farming partner of Kathryn "Kaye" Esther (Duncan) Coutts.  They celebrated their 68th wedding anniversary on October 12th, 2021.
He was the proud and loving father of Doug (Jo-Anne), David and Paul (Danita) Coutts and adored grandfather of Brock (Sylvia), Drew (Brandi), Spenser (Lesley), Katie, and Sharie (Aki) Coutts.  Murray was the beloved great grandfather of Bria, Brinley and Fallon Coutts.  
He was predeceased by his parents James and Bessie (McLean) Coutts, brothers Jack (Agnes) and Allan Coutts.
Murray will be sadly missed by his sister-in-law Audrey Coutts, in-laws Ron Duncan and Betty McLaughlin.
He was a lifelong dairy and beef farmer at Rideau Ferry, manager for 50 years of the Rideau Ferry Cemetery, lifelong member of Bethel United Church, he served proudly with the BBD&E Fire Department for 25 years, and was a respected community man.
Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. West, Perth on Monday, November 8th, 2021 from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday at 10:30 A.M. Interment Rideau Ferry Cemetery.
In remembrance of Murray, contributions to Bethel United Church or Rideau Ferry Cemetery would be appreciated.
Proof of double vaccination will be required for all attending the visitation or funeral.
