Dear Marcy and Dunlop Family
Nancy and I were saddened to hear of Ding's passing. I have many fond memories of Ding coming into the Cardlock Fuel Facility on Lanark Rd while delivering another load of gravel and needing fuel.
We would often have some great conversations while he would be filling up and then on his way.
I will miss those conversations. We want you to know we are thinking of you at this time of loss.

He has delivered many loads of sand & gravel to our place. He was such a pleasant and friendly man. Always a big wave as he passed our house. He will be missed.

We were shocked to hear about Ding’s untimely passing.
He was such a hardworking and helpful man. He brought loads of sand and gravel to the farms many times over the past years. We will miss him.

Dear Lorna, Marcy, Angel, Amy and Families
I am very sorry to hear of your Dad’s passing. I remember the days at “The Corner” when your Dad was at Campbell’s garage-the lads were always fixing some kind of vehicle or piece of machinery and having a few cold ones. I could expect a call from your Mom to babysit on a Saturday night-the Dunlop brothers and their wives were going out to a dance. My condolences to all of Ding’s family and friends from near and far away.

I was so sorry to hear this sad news. He did a wonderful job making my small lot on Bennett Lake Road more manageable. And when he came back with his nephew to take the top off my dead elm tree, which held up one end of my clothesline, he refused to take any money from me. My deepest sympathies to all his family.

Mike and I will miss Ding so much. We have had so many fun trips and laughs together over the years, he's been a great friend and will never be forgotten.
