Obituary of David Franklyn Ullett

Passed away peacefully at the Smiths Falls Hospital on Monday, September 18, 2023 at the age of 73.  Loving and devoted husband to Maryke Vos.  He will be sadly missed by his brother Bruce (Theresa) Ullett as well as his nieces, Christina Ullett (Stuart Ed), Sandra Ullett (Steve Lamothe) and Melanie Vos (Terry Mercer). He was the proud great-uncle to Adam, Abigail, Rylan, Emma, Aidria and Cameron.  David will be fondly remembered by his brother-in-law Hans Vos.  He is predeceased by his parents Frank and Veronica (nee Gollinger) Ullett.  David was a proud member of the civil service working in Information Technology with the Federal Government.  Following his time in government, he moved to Beckwith Township, where he enjoyed his retirement years.  Friends are welcome to a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, September 22, 2023 at St. Francis de Sales Church in Smiths Falls at 11 o'clock.  There will be a reception following the Mass, with interment at St. John’s Cemetery, in Perth. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Smiths Falls Hospital, for the MRI Machine.
