Buffam, Fred Passed away peacefully at the Kingston General Hospital on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at the age of 66 years. Loving father of Kara (Wayne) and Katie (Tyson). Cherished grandfather of Katia, Cora, Aislyn, Nyah and Kashton. Dear Brother of Meg West (Al), Alfie (Lore), Ed (Rebecca) and Jim. Predeceased by his son Joey, his parents William and Irene, and by his sister Janet. Fred will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. A Gathering to celebrate Fred's life will take place at his house (112 Hillier Street Lanark, ON) on Sunday, September 29, 2019 from 1:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M. Those wishing to honour Fred's life, contributions to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society would be greatly appreciated. Arrangements are in the care of Blair & Son, 15 Gore St. W. Perth, ON.
