Obituary of Linda Jane Lane

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Linda Jane Lane in Perth on Saturday, February 3rd, 2024.  She was predeceased by her parents Stanley and Dorothea (Chapman) Gill and brother Brian Gill.  Linda will be sadly missed by her beloved husband Henry Lane.  She was the loving mother of Russell (Beverly Lecuyer) Wilkes, Randal Wilkes and Robin (Wayne) Leroux; cherished grandmother of Jennifer Wilkes and great grandmother of Lincoln Scott.  Linda was a dedicated and passionate advocate for various causes, she devoted a significant portion of her life to volunteering and making a positive impact on her community. Her commitment and countless hours she invested in helping others truly set her apart.  She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home. 15 Gore St. W., Perth on Thursday February 8th, 2024 from 9:30 to 10:15 A.M.  A service to honour her life will be held in the chapel at 10:30 AM followed by a reception in the Blair & Son Family Centre. In remembrance of Linda, donations to the St. James Anglican Church, Perth would be appreciated.
