Ruth went to be With Her Lord on Monday February 19th, 2024 at her residence in Newmarket. She was daughter of the late Hillis and Cora (Ralph) Moulton. Ruth married her beloved husband, the late Robert J. Ferris with whom she served her church for over 40 years. Ruth will be sadly missed by her son Tim (Cheryl) Ferris, daughter Glenda (Mark) Kirby-Snider, 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, brother Glenn (Doreen) Moulton, sister Betty (late Johnny) Garrison, her extended family and friends. She was predeceased by her sister Grace Yakes.
A service to honour Ruth’s life will be held in Asbury Free Methodist Church, Perth on Saturday May 11th, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. followed by a reception in the Church Hall. Interment Prestonvale Cemetery. In remembrance of Ruth, memorial donations to Asbury Free Methodist Church or Gideons would be appreciated.
