Dear Maureen and family, I just learned of Ross's passing and am sending our deepest condolences to you, Ross, Steven, & Cheryl and families. It was always nice to bump into Ross every once in a while, over the past years - he always greeted me with a huge smile. I remember him most from my days at the store. He will truly be missed. May he rest in peace. Lots of love and prayers, Sincerely, Alfie, Lore (nee Howard) & family.

Ross always smiled and laughed. Always a Great Pleasure to work with and visit with. The many staff and customers of Highland and later Time Mobile Communications Inc. always appreciated his quiet gentle nature, his wit, thoughtfulness and friendship. Always a great visitor! He put people at ease. Our children Duncan, Brandon and Bryce loved visiting the shop next door in Port Elmsley and Ross was ever so good to chat with them and they felt cared for and listened to even if they may have been interrupting his valuable work time. Our Parents enjoyed dropping into the shop and visiting when they dropped in and visited us. He was part of our work family, a friend. He was well loved and will be missed! We send our Condolences and Deepest Sympathies to you Maureen and Family. Another soul has winged his way to Heaven. It was a life well lived! All of us have fond and treasured memories with Ross that we hold dear in our hearts. Hope you find comfort in knowing that you were much loved and appreciated and he spoke of Family with affection and his stories cheered others.
Don and Kim and Duncan, Brandon and Bryce MacKenzie

Ross, we have great memories of your visits to our home. You and Maureen would show up unexpectedly but always with welcome and we would have an hour or two to chat and renew our friendships. Recalling old time as young cousins on the Cotten farm was always a favourite pastime during times together.
Maureen and family, you have wonderful memories of a super person to help carry you through this difficult time. Your family patriarch will live in your hearts for the rest of time.
