I am so very sorry. I have such great memories of staying at the house when we were kids or jammed in at Grandma's place for holidays. Little gems of memories keep popping up, like Mom's love for his Caeser salad. him giving us heck for buying Grandma Turtles, etc. All memories to treasure. There are no words really...just, I'm sorry. You are all in our thoughts. Love you all.

Goodbye Jamie
The angels gathered by your side
So very close to you
For they knew the pain and suffering you were going through
I thought about so many things
Tried to be your rainbow in your cloud
And wished you were strong again
But your eyes were looking homeward
To the place beyond the sky
Then I knew loving arms were outstretched
It was time for me to say goodbye
I struggled with my selfish thoughts
So we could laugh and talk once again

Jim, Dianne & Tracy. Where to start. I was very saddened and heartbroken to hear of Jamie’s passing. My and my family’s (especially my Mom Freida’s) condolences. I have so many fond memories of my time with Tracy and Jamie from a very early age. From playing and birthday parties, hanging out, sleepovers and so much more. My heart goes out to you all and your families. Jamie is now with his Mom Sharon. RIP Jamie. Big hugs.

Thanks Diana, with your Mom having baby sat Tracy and Jamie, they pretty much grew up with The Broadbent Children. I (Dianne) can validate the stories that Jim, Tracy and Jamie reminisced around family gathering dinner table….(chuckle) that time spent with the Broadbent’s was a second home.

Jim, Diane and Tracy and family, I was so saddened to hear of Jamie’s passing. My deepest sympathies to you all. So many many fond memories of being at your house as a child for sleepovers and general hangouts. We had lots of fun, sometimes with Jamie and sometimes trying to fight off his little brother antics lol. In hindsight, he was a funny guy :). Jim and Dianne. We are sending our deepest condolences to you both. I have so many fond memories growing up at your place with Tracy and Jamie. We certainly had our share of laughs and fights too hee hee!!! I was like a referee some days but we always ended up laughing when all was said and done. Jamie had definitely fought a long hard battle. We know you were always there for him. Please take comfort in knowing Jamie is now at peace and resting comfortably and he has been reunited with Sharon. Sending our love to you both.

My deepest condolences to the passing of Jamie. He and I were best friends growing up and we spent so much time making each other laugh, playing hockey and baseball. My memories of my time spent with Jamie is one of the greatest highlights of my life. Unfortunately as time went by we drifted apart for which I am truly sorry. I was always welcome in the Deacon home and was always treated like family. I am so sorry for Jim and Tracey who I have always treasured. My heart is broken at that passing of such a great man, he will be truly missed.
